Study in Slovenia Online Presentations

The Study in Slovenia initiative is organising online presentations of Slovene public universities. We will present the Slovenian educational system, living in Slovenia and enjoying the status of a student and all its benefits.

Orientation Week for Freshmen

At the UM, we would like to facilitate your transition from secondary school to university. If you are interested in the location of your study, where to search for your study material or reach future professors and student tutors, where the Student Affairs Office is located etc., then save the date in your calendar. Orientation week takes place every year one week before the start of the new academic year.

Promotional events for foreign students

The University of Maribor organizes promotional online events for foreign candidates interested in undergradute and postgraduate study. UM faculties present helpful information regarding their study offer. Prospective students are also presented with general information about the UM and the enrolment procedure.

Fairs

Once per year, before information days take place, Informativa provides an overview of educational programmes available in Slovenia and abroad in one place: secondary schools, undergraduate and postgraduate study programmes, supplementary education, training, language courses, lifelong learning etc.

With the initiative Study in Slovenia we participate at educational fairs in Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and other locations.
