How to learn the Slovene language?

Slovene is a Southern Slavic language with a 25-letter alphabet. It is one of the oldest Slavic languages in the world.

Check out Slovene Learning Online - a freely accessible online course in Slovene for foreigners, developed at the Centre for Slovene as a Second and Foreign Language in cooperation with the company DigiEd. The course is for all who wish to learn Slovene on their own in a simple, playful and effective way.

Each UM student receives a digital identity at the time of enrolment, which serves many purposes. With their username and password, students may access various services and tools. If you require assistance, please contact the ICT coordinator or the office of student affairs at your faculty.

The Career Centre of the University of Maribor carries out activities related to the overall career development of students, graduates and seconday school students, the appropriate job search and their easier transition to the labour market.
