​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The University of Maribor consists of 17 faculties which offer undergraduate and postgraduate study programmes as well as study programmes for further education. ​The implementation of study programmes according ​to the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) enables students to complete their study obligations abroad, choose subjects offered by other study programmes at the University of Maribor, or participate in mobility.​​​

At the University of Maribor prospective students can choose from a variety of study programmes at all levels of higher education:
  • ​1st-cycle professional and academic study programmes, 
  • 2nd-cycle unified master's study programmes, 
  • 2nd-cycle master's study programmes and 
  • 3rd-cycle doctoral study programmes.​​​
